The hotel is very close to the hospital, and everyone there was friendly and helpful. I stayed for six weeks while my wife was in hospital, with no problems at all and a very comfortable room. It was almost sad to leave, though we were heading back to the UK.

After I was released from hospital, I stayed in a handicapped room at Hotel Anna. It was a lovely little hotel, with clean, comfortable rooms and a sumptuous Greek breakfast. Sandra and George speak English and treated me like family. The service and friendliness were exceptional, and it was just the right place to rest and recover.

We were there for one night and would gladly come back. The people were very kind, the room and especially the bathroom were clean, and we had a nice view from the balcony. There were plenty of parking spaces.

While my husband was in Hatzikosta Hospital, I stayed at Hotel Anna. The owners were fantastic and always willing to help. My spacious room had a good sized balcony and lots of storage, and the bathroom was roomy too. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with everything fresh. My room, the public areas and the small, pleasant outdoor seating space were all spotless. If you're in Ioannina for any reason, try Hotel Anna. You won't be disappointed. Janice Evans, Corfu

I booked this for my parent, and the service they received was horrible. It was a bad experience.
