The room was clean and pleasant, with a soft mattress, and it’s on the ground floor. The area is quiet except when classes let out at the nearby school. There’s free street parking, and private parking can be arranged if you ask. A supermarket is close by. The city is about a 30-minute walk. Driving in Ioannina can take some patience because traffic gets heavy, especially in the evening, so think twice before taking the car.

We stayed for 3 nights and found the room modern and very clean. The little kitchen and lovely bathroom were nice touches. The owners are friendly and give you your privacy. You can walk to the city center in about 30 minutes, along the lake. A great place for a relaxing holiday.

A small, spotless studio with all the amenities, and the service was very kind. It’s quiet but still close to the city, just right if you’re looking to relax.

Such a lovely place, and the lady was very kind! If we come back, and get lucky, we’ll stay here again. Thank you!

The area is quiet, parking is easy, and the bed is comfortable. The place was clean and the manager kind. There are taverns, supermarkets, and cafes nearby. Ioannina center is about a 45-minute walk, so you need a car to get there.
