Breakfast was a real bright spot: plenty of fresh choices, a good-sized meal, and staff happy to bring a latte or anything else we needed. The team was warm, attentive, and friendly. The lobby made a strong first impression, the grounds were cared for, and the breakfast room had charm. The pool is small but attractive, and the location suited the area. Our room felt a different age from the shared spaces. The hallway carpets looked overdue for a deep clean, and there was a strange smell in our room, so we kept the screened patio door open. The cool weather made that manageable. We couldn’t find working AC, just heat and a fan, which might be uncomfortable on warmer nights depending on the room. We were right above the smoking area, and cigarette smoke often drifted into the room. Noise was another problem: the neighbors were very loud all evening, and the thin walls and slamming doors made it hard to sleep. The hotel clearly puts effort into its exterior and common areas, but the rooms and hallways feel worn by comparison. For what we paid, that didn’t match our expectations, especially after reading the reviews that brought us there. Lovely staff and breakfast, though it’s best to have realistic expectations about the rooms.

We had dinner at the hotel one evening, and I had the best Greek salad I’ve ever tasted. The restaurant food was delicious, and breakfast was fresh, tasty, and offered lots of choices. The hotel itself was nice, though the rooms felt too small. Beaches and restaurants are within walking distance.

Construction noise right outside our window woke us at 7AM every morning, so we couldn’t get proper rest during our stay at Azur Hotel. We sent management a video of what was happening and offered what seemed like a fair compromise, but they denied there was an issue and refused both a refund and any goodwill gesture, citing policy. That response felt inflexible and showed little consideration for guests. I’d think twice before booking, especially if you need rest and expect decent service.

The staff were so helpful and friendly, and the food was outstanding. This little boutique hotel has a pool and a great location, with a magnificent beach an easy walk away. They also do both all the area the Athenian Riviera for nothing!

After our cruise, we spent three nights in this quiet, lovely hotel. The room was comfortable and very clean, and the breakfast buffet was wonderful. The desk staff were kind and friendly. We also got a discount at the beautiful partner beach club, Bloom Project. Restaurants are an easy walk away. I’d happily recommend the hotel.
