Our ground-floor apartment No. 2 was spacious and had comfortable beds, but the kitchen was poorly equipped. It had just two blunt knives, no bread knife, a single wine glass, and no tea towels. The sea is crystal clear and great for swimming, but getting to the beach, which is 3-5 meters deep behind the coastal road's retaining wall, means taking a run-down concrete staircase. Hardly idyllic. Minos Studios sits right beside a fairly busy coastal road, with a car passing about every ten seconds on average. The raised ground-floor terraces are only two meters from the road, and in October they get almost no sun. The walk along the coastal road to charming Sitia is a little over a kilometer, about 15 minutes. We think Minos Apartments is the worst-located apartment complex in the area southeast of Sitia. We can't recommend it at all.

It's right on the seafront, and the location is perfect. The place is spacious and clean, with new, well-kept furniture. The owner was very nice. He came by on the first day with the key and clean sheets, and we only saw him again when we left. Everything was wonderful. We'd stayed here before and were just as satisfied this time. We felt peaceful and happy with our stay, and we'll gladly come back. I recommend it with all my heart!

The area was very quiet, and the apartment itself was beautiful, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The kitchen was well equipped. There were a few small details that brought the quality down, but nothing I found impossible to deal with. The bathroom was clean, though not very functional, like most Greek bathrooms.

The apartment was extremely clean, with a big, very comfortable bed. The sea and beach are right across the street. Excellent accommodation.
