Everything in the room seemed new, and we had a great stay. It was an amazing room.

4/10
The mattress was very good, and the room was quiet, but the 70 euros we paid for it felt far too high. I might have accepted losing 40 to 50 euros. I booked through Booking for the 28th, expecting a double room with a lake view, minibar, fireplace and terrace. Only the lake view was there in the end. When I raised the missing features, they blamed Booking and said the lake view was the main reason for the price. The room was tiny and far too hot, even without the heating on, and I couldn't sleep at night. The duvet had a huge stain of a suspicious color. It had a protective cover, but they hadn't fastened it with the ties, so the disgusting stain was exposed. The very thick duvet was the only bedding available, with no blanket or other option despite how hot the room was.

The view, the room and the hospitality were all very good. The only problem was the internet signal, which wasn't great because our room was higher up in the building than the router.

Everything was perfect, and the owners were so nice. This is about an earlier visit to the hotel, and I've been many times.
