Agalia Luxury Suites

I never want to stay here again. For a hotel costing over 1,300€, this was unbelievably disappointing, and I want a full refund. It felt like my room had been left as the previous guest had used it. There was a used towel on a chair, a drinking glass still there, and a lemon on the floor. The outdoor shower had standing water, and the shower head had been left on the floor instead of where it belonged. The pot was still full of the previous guest’s water, and I don’t think it’s right that it hadn’t been washed. The bathtub also hadn’t been cleaned, and there was water on the floor. I had a bad feeling, so I wiped it with a towel and it came away completely brown. I paid for a bathtub, so I expect it to be washed. Wouldn’t they normally clean all this before a new guest arrives? At that point, it was impossible. I have photos. I forgot to photograph what was in the pot, but I took pictures of the rest because it was pretty terrible.

The peaceful setting and spacious, tastefully designed rooms make Agalia Luxury Suites a comfortable, elegant option for a high-end stay. There are private balconies, a well-equipped kitchenette, modern amenities, and luxurious bathrooms, along with breathtaking views. Facilities include a pool, fitness center, and spa services. The on-site restaurant serves lovely meals featuring local flavors and global cuisine. With personalized service and attention to detail, it suits either a quiet retreat or a more exciting getaway.

The place was spotless and styled so beautifully, it felt like a fairytale home. Even nicer than the photos! The staff were really kind 👌🏼 We can’t wait to come back.

We spent 3 nights in the Pathos suite at Agalia, and we’d love to return. Elias from concierge was already communicating and helping us before we arrived. The room and pools were incredible, and the pools were cleaned frequently. Everyone was lovely, from the pool cleaner and housekeeping team to the waiters and drivers. The owners are ethical, and their foundation supports such a great cause. We can’t thank Agalia and the team enough for an exceptional stay.
