The views were fantastic, and some nights I ended up having a few beers with Mike, looking out over the water. It's easy to walk to, and the hotel itself is quiet, with restaurants and good bars nearby, including the new sunset bar. Mike and Elizabeth are fantastic owners, always cheerful, happy to chat, and very helpful. The hotel and rooms were spotless, with daily cleaning. We were supposed to stay at another hotel in early August 2021, but they sold our rooms the day before we arrived. Lucky for us, we found Kolistani View. Don't be put off by the 2+ star rating, this hotel is great. We'll definitely be back.

We only wished we could have stayed longer at Kolitsani. The view from our room was gorgeous, and it was clean and comfortable. Elisabeth and her husband were kind, funny, and made us feel so welcome. Thanks to them for that!

The service was great, and the rooms were clean and well equipped. It's just a few minutes' walk from the town of Ios, close enough to enjoy the nightlife while still being somewhere quiet. A great place to stay.
