The people running Meltemi Pension were so friendly and helpful. It's right by the beach in Ios and very affordable, with lots of nice restaurants nearby. Getting there from the port is an easy two-minute walk, while many other hotels involve a lot of stairs.

By the sea, with lovely people and a charming setting. The grilled prawns were the best I've ever had, and this fish tavern is a must!
