We asked for a room for three, and the owner said the one we’d booked was too small. She offered us a bigger room for the same price, but it was in a different building from the one shown in the photos. It was old, had no garden, and smelled awful. The cleaning wasn’t done well: the towels were full of hair, and the fresh ones we asked for had hair on them too. The bathroom stank and still had sand from the previous guests. The room faced a busy road, and the windows had no soundproofing, so we heard every vehicle. We could also hear our neighbors’ conversations. Please be careful about accepting a different room from the one in the photos, and stay away from this awful place.

We’ve now visited Ipsos, Corfu, two years in a row and stayed in the same apartment both times. Somehow, this year was even better. The place suits couples, families with kids, or anyone who wants somewhere quiet, with lovely nature and people around. Our apartment was comfortable and very clean, and Georgia went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Without charging extra, she kindly let us check in early and leave late, which made both travel days much easier. The location worked really well. It’s far enough from the main street and seafront to give us privacy, peace, and a bit of evening breeze that made sleeping easier, but still close to the beach, center, shops, restaurants, and bars. We walked or rented a scooter, which is common and convenient on the island. Both times, we rented from Phantom Bikes and were very happy with the service. Corfu City and the airport are only 15 km away. We’re grateful to Georgia for her wonderful hospitality and already looking forward to coming back.

We liked the local feel of the quiet spot, tucked away from the busy route but still near the center. Our apartment had two bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen, and a bathroom. It was cozy, clean, and pleasant, and the host was kind and attentive. The price was very good too.

The hosts were really friendly and helpful. We had a spacious, comfortable apartment with everything we needed, and it was clean. The location worked well too, near the beach and about a quarter mile from Corfu town.
