Ipsos is close by, with its lively beach and boulevard, yet this place feels like a little Greek hideaway. The grounds are lovely, with a good-sized pool, free sunbeds, a picnic and barbecue area, plus a bar serving simple drinks and ice cream. The apartments vary in style and size; they’re basic but have what you need. Sanya and Alex were so kind and worked hard to make our stay a great one.

The bathroom was awful, and we were scared to step inside. It looked like something from a prison movie. The whole place felt dirty, there was mold on the outdoor cushions, and there weren’t enough chairs for a proper breakfast. Our Wi-Fi didn’t work, either. The rooms weren’t cleaned during our stay, and nobody asked whether we needed basic hygiene supplies. We had just one teaspoon for four people and no dish or cleaning detergent. The owner didn’t come by to check in or offer advice about what to do or where to go, but did show up to ask for payment on our last day. This was a disaster. We booked at the last minute, but I’d say avoid this place.

The owners were friendly, and the accommodation was nice. There’s a swimming pool and a tennis court, too. A perfect place.
