Villa Zografos

The room was comfortable and clean, and from bed we could see the moon. The balcony had sweeping views of the Aegean too. Every morning Yiannis made a different breakfast and served it on his lovely terrace overlooking the Small Cyclades & Aegean sea. He also kindly arranged a birthday cake to surprise me, and at certain times offers guests a transfer to Ag Georgios. We stayed at his villas for three nights. Yiannis really embodies greek philoxenia, and we’ll be back.

The owners took such good care of everything that the place felt like heaven on earth. It’s on a hill near Livadi beach, with a breathtaking view from the terrace where they serve a fantastic breakfast. Our big room was very clean and had a comfortable bed, shower amenities and a mini fridge. We’ll definitely book again.

Getting to the port on foot takes about 20 minutes because the rooms are a little way up the hill. Livadi beach is much closer, around 10 minutes away. The views, well-kept rooms and surroundings made the uphill location worth it, and breakfast on the pleasant terrace was a lovely bonus. The owner was polite and helpful, sharing island information and offering rides to and from the port, as well as when needed.

Breakfast is served every day at the garden kiosk by Mr. John, the owner. The garden is lovely, with lots of places to sit and enjoy the view while listening to water running in the two fish pools. The rooms were clean and beautifully bright. Fantastic place, highly recommended. Hope to be back soon!
