The quiet surroundings and stunning view made our week here with family really special. The house was well equipped, and Nikolas was always available as a host. He also shared some great suggestions for restaurants, attractions and places to visit. We had an amazing stay, thank you for such a lovely experience!

The beaches are beautiful and very close, and the house has a great setup with a spectacular sea view. Nik was a fantastic host, made us feel at home, and was there with local suggestions and whatever we needed. Highly recommend!

Nicolas is a warm, unpretentious host who treats you like a friend. He lives next door and sorts out any problems right away. The place overlooks a beautiful gulf and beach bar, yet it’s quiet and relaxed. Staying here changed my mind about Mykonos. I’d expected overpriced, touristy and inauthentic places, but this side of the island was nothing like that. We also went on a beautiful cruise in the guys’ boat, which can easily take 8-10 people or more. It was well worth it. Keep things real and authentic, guys, it makes a difference on this island!
