The food was tasty and warm, and the pool looked nice, but I wouldn’t return. The sunbeds around it were dirty. The rooms were basic, a bit scruffy and smelled damp, with drain flies in the bathroom. The staff were friendly except for the guys behind the bar. Kalamaki and the beach are rundown, with lots of rubbish, and there were loads of wasps, flies and mozzies.

The bed was quite stiff, though we didn’t spend much time on it, so it didn’t matter too much. Otherwise, I enjoyed everything. The staff were great and welcoming, and the location was convenient: around a 15-minute trip to the airport, at least a 10-12-minute walk to the beach, and just off the strip where the shops and nightlife are. It’s worth another visit in a few years.

The food is high quality, with a varied selection that feels well thought out. Drinks are very decent too, which is refreshing for an all-inclusive. The staff are helpful, polite and hardworking. You won’t regret staying here. We’ll be back!

This was our second visit, and they greeted us with an upgraded room in the 400's. The pool area has had some improvements since our last stay, and all the staff are lovely. Fresh food is brought out regularly, and there are usually several things we like, so no issues there. The beer is apparently Mythos and perfectly drinkable, and Mrs approves of the white wine. Poolside sunbeds do fill up early, but there are plenty around all day, and we could easily have found a pair if we really wanted them. End of August 2025.

The rooms and balconies were beautiful, and everything was great. Petra at the front desk was amazing, the best receptionist anyone could ask for. We recently stayed at the Bitzaro palace and had an amazing time. The staff were fantastic and the food was incredible. There wasn’t a huge range of options, but what was there was amazing. I’d absolutely recommend going to the Bitzaro palace 😁
