Such a peaceful, comfortable stay. The room was spotless and matched the pictures, and the staff were lovely and nearby whenever we needed anything. Daily cleaning was a big plus. The beach is only a short walk away. I absolutely loved the place and would stay again without hesitation!

We stayed for 7 days. The location was good, the furniture modern, and the air conditioning worked, though it needed cleaning. Wi-Fi tested at 20mb, so it wasn’t very fast. There were bugs all over the place and the cleaning wasn’t great. The kitchen had very few things: we found just 3 pans and 4 forks, and they weren’t clean, so we had to wash them with the soap we bought. If you want to cook, this isn’t the right apartment. There was no pot holder, and they complained when we put them on the table. The owner was very rude, and at checkout we waited 15 minutes because there was no doorbell. The shower glass was gross, and they didn’t clean every day as the contract said. The bed only had our sheets, so it felt like sleeping on the mattress. One of us got an allergic reaction on the arms. Sadly, we can’t give half points, so the final rating is 2.5.

We were after a quiet Greek holiday in September, with simple rooms and bike hire nearby, and KIKI STUDIOS was exactly what we wanted. It’s on the main road between Kalamaki and Zante Town, but very quiet. Having bikes meant we could come and go as we liked. The weather was gorgeous throughout our stay from 4-18th Sept. A lovely lady cleaned daily, with fresh towels and good quality bed linen. The next-door Taverna, Michaelos, was first class, with amazing food and friendly service. Madison's in Zante town does great breakfasts and is well worth a visit. All in all, a great place to stay and very good value for money.

Fine for a one-night stopover, especially with the airport nearby. There’s a big TV, air conditioning and free parking, though the bathroom is small.
