The staff were friendly and the pool was nice, but we left after three nights of a 10 night booking because the beds were so uncomfortable. After just two nights, we both had back and neck pain, and by night three I couldn't sleep at all. The owners offered no solution and didn't help us cancel the remaining nights. We had to find another hotel because we couldn't sleep there, and had extra costs. Neither the owner nor Booking.com reimbursed us. The location was described as beachfront, but the beach is actually a 15-minute walk away with no shade, which is difficult with kids. The shower was tiny, the curtain kept sticking to us, and it flooded easily, leaving the bathroom slippery and unsafe. The only solution was a mop outside the room. The kitchenette was extremely basic, just a hot plate with barely any prep space, and there was no dish soap or hand soap. We're sorry to leave such a negative review because the people running the place are kind. But the Booking.com descriptions are inaccurate, and we wouldn't want other families to run into the same problems. This was our last time booking through Booking.com.

Dennis was amazing, welcoming us warmly and sharing lots of helpful information and suggestions. The rooms were super clean, with air conditioning and a kitchen corner. Beds were made every day, and towels were changed every two days. There’s a beautiful pool and bar just outside, plus a little fountain to rest your feet in before going into your room. The WiFi was excellent. You can have breakfast delivered straight to your room, and every room has its own terrace. Perfect place.

It's a relaxed, quiet place run by a lovely family, ideal if you're after a laid-back holiday rather than party apartments. Both Kalamaki 'strips' are a short walk away. The pool is immaculate, and the pool bar serves breakfast, lunch, and snacks. Lots of guests return year after year, which says a lot.

The location on Zakinthos is excellent, with shops and other things easy to reach, while the apartments still feel a little off the beaten track. They're comfortable, and the family who run the place are incredibly accommodating and friendly. A great place, and I'd definitely return.

A lovely little taste of Greek life, with peace and quiet, a great pool, and good food with ice cold Mythos's. Dennis and Angela are great hosts. It was the perfect first holiday for me and my girlfriend. We'll be back next yr.
