Nikos and his family were friendly, helpful and very nice. The villas sit between Kalamaki and Argassi, so by car it takes 5-6 minutes to reach a restaurant or supermarket and 10 minutes to the beach. We stayed in a chic, comfortable two bedroom villa with everything we needed. The lush garden around the property was a highlight and useful for families with children, as was the villa terrace. There are four villas in the complex, though only three can be rented. It's right beside the main road, and traffic noise can be heard even at night. With the windows shut, it was fine. Cleaning and taking out the rubbish are self service; the property only provides that service once per stay.

We spent a week at Margasi Villas and have only good things to say. The villa was great, the location was great, and host Nikos was amazing. We'll definitely come back.

Nikos was a lovely man and very helpful. We had a special stay at margarita villas, ideally located between zante town and kalamaki. We've already booked to come back next year.

We loved this lovely complex of four villas. The houses had everything we needed, including a washing machine, stove, coffee maker and microwave. The host was very welcoming.
