The host’s behavior was totally unpleasant, and the replies felt patronizing. We tried calling the registered phone number but got no response, so we booked and PAID through AirBnB. After we finally contacted the host, we felt so uncomfortable staying in cloud apartments that we cancelled the booking, despite the payment being non-refundable.

We stayed in appartment 4, our favourite AirBNB of the holiday. It was very clean, with a lovely shower, a comfortable bed, and a large balcony. The hosts were incredibly friendly and made us feel comfortable and at ease. Couldn’t recommend it more.

Right in the city center, and spotless. Everything felt brand new, and the host was excellent. A really nice place to stay.
