Restaurants, cafes, and bars are right in the neighbourhood, so you can happily stay close by. There’s also a nice balcony for coffee or a drink. If you do head out, it’s a short stroll one way to the promenade for a walk or a swim, and the other way to a lovely walk toward the pedestrian zone, the lively street life, the central market, and views of the illuminated castle. The hostess was discreet, efficient, and genuinely friendly. We’ll be back. The accommodation, service, and location could hardly be better. I wish I could give it seven stars.

My family and I had a really enjoyable week in Kalamata. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well equipped, and the team were thoughtful and lovely to communicate with. Highly recommend!

The villa and service both surpassed what we expected, and the rooms were amazingly clean with everything we needed. Its location is perfect for the beach, shops, and restaurants. We’d highly recommend it for a family trip or a getaway to enjoy the city’s beauty, and we’ll definitely visit again.

A spacious flat in town with a private pool makes a great combination. The owner clearly takes good care of guests and is rightly proud of what he has created. The air conditioning deserves a mention too: it’s nicely balanced, so you don’t get hit by a cold draft.

We slept incredibly well on the super-comfortable mattresses, and the jacuzzi was so relaxing. These nine villas are right in the heart of Kalamata, and most have a garden. They still have their original charm and character, with George (the owner) decorating each one with quality furniture and pieces, many of them handmade. We highly recommend staying here, and George is a great host!
