The Residences Kalamata

My wife and I had an accident on our way to Greece, and I twisted my ankle. We never made the stay, but the hotel kept our money instead of showing any understanding. We asked several times and explained what had happened, even sending photos from the accident. It feels like profit matters more to them than people, like they're willing to step over others to get what they want. I hope that if something unfortunate happens to your family one day, you'll remember this and understand how it feels. That's karma.

A local we met on the street recommended this centrally located hotel, and it lived up to it. We spent three nights there, and the staff were caring and incredibly helpful. They went out of their way each day to help us plan our outings. Parking, laundry, cleaning, and the room appointments were all top notch for a reasonable price. We really appreciate everyone there and recommend the hotel. Martha & Tony

We had a clean, nice three bedroom apartment, a few minutes' walk from the city centre. It had two bedrooms and a living room with a sofa that opens into a bed. The owner was so helpful and nice.

The location was perfect, and reception staff were friendly and happy to answer our questions. I stayed here for four nights, and the rooms were very clean. When we came back each afternoon, the bed had been made and fresh towels were there. Having washing machines and dryers available was really handy too. Would recommend it 10/10.
