No complaints at all, only compliments. The apartment was clean and comfortable, close to everything, with a dreamy view. The person who showed us around gave us awesome service. Best room, fine, apartment, I've ever booked for a vacation abroad!

We paid far too much and didn't sleep at all. An alarm kept going off throughout our stay, and we couldn't control the temperature. I showed the people a video of it ringing in the middle of the night, but they had no solution except moving us to a property 10 minutes away. That was after we'd hauled our luggage up five flights of stairs with terrible landings that felt completely unsafe. It was horrible. If you want to sleep and be comfortable, I wouldn't recommend staying here. Save yourself the trouble.

We only stayed one night in October, and the self check-in was easy. The hotel is within walking distance of the city center, with great mountain views. Our Meteora tour picked us up right outside.

The place was so clean and comfortable, with a great view. We enjoyed being there so much that we didn't even want to leave the house. Everything was perfect, and we'd absolutely recommend it. We'll definitely come back.
