The pool and the view were both lovely, and the people were really kind. We liked being just outside the centre while still only five minutes away. Highly recommended!

For anyone visiting Meteora by car, it’s about a 10-minute drive. I was only passing through after a previous stay at Meterora, and this hotel suited me perfectly. My motorcycle had secure parking, and the property is about 500 metres from the main road, far enough to avoid the noise. The modern room had AC, a TV, fridge, electric kettle and hair dryer, plus an excellent mattress that wasn’t too soft. Katherine, the hostess, was very attentive and kind, and speaks English. In low season, it’s best to call ahead since she comes right away. There’s no breakfast and nothing nearby, though that wasn’t a problem for me. Good price.

Watching the sunrise over Meteora was a highlight, with a wonderful view from the hostel. Katerina gave us the warmest welcome and was always ready to help. The place itself is convenient, clean and cozy. Make time for sunset in the hammock beneath the big almond trees.
