The room I got was pretty plain, and the photos online seemed to show different rooms. I understand that hotels highlight their best options, but I was a little disappointed. It did have everything I needed. The pool looked clean, though I didn’t use it. The snack bar had drinks, snacks, salads, and more, but those extras weren’t part of our all-inclusive silver tier. Gold was reserved for a specific agency. We had water, soft drinks, wine, and some toast included; everything else cost extra. It didn’t bother me personally, but it’s useful to know. Palma Village was very clean overall, and the staff were extremely kind and welcoming. My friend’s room was cleaned daily, while mine, which was farther toward the back, didn’t seem to get the same service. Still, it was clean and had what I needed. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet was good, though a little repetitive. Breakfast was the same each day, which honestly didn’t bother me. The location is convenient, about five minutes by car from the beach and town center. There was also a scheduled free or included shuttle for guests without a car, and the large parking lot always had a space. Some services mentioned on booking sites weren’t available. Yoga wasn’t running because there weren’t enough participants, and the hotel said it didn’t offer massages, though we could find them in town. It wasn’t a big deal, perhaps because we were slightly out of season, but worth knowing. The “gym” was a few weathered machines in the garden, not really in good condition for use and more decorative than practical. One night, loud music from somewhere nearby, not the hotel, was right next to our rooms. We stayed by the pool until we were exhausted so we could sleep through it. I saw a lady post a video suggesting we had to call the police and worry about other people’s sleep, but we aren’t staff, and I didn’t want to ruin anyone’s party. Despite these small issues, we had a good stay and I’d recommend the hotel.

The setting at Palma Village by Greek Pride was calm and relaxing, with the beach and local tavernas just a short walk away. We loved unwinding by the pool, and the resort had a peaceful, inviting atmosphere. Our room was spotless, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. The staff were especially welcoming and went out of their way to help. We’d happily recommend Palma Village for a relaxing Greek getaway and will definitely be back.

The staff were kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay, and took great care of me. The hotel has been renovated, so everything feels brand new. It was clean, comfortable, and well organized. I had a wonderful time and would definitely return.

We booked through Booking for four people in two rooms and showed the hotel our reservation when they said it listed two rooms for two people. They told us it was no problem. We were meant to stay three nights, but on the final night they demanded another 102 euros. We refused and showed the reservation again, saying the issue was between Booking and the hotel. Booking emailed us that we had to pay, so we left before that last night. The rooms smelled awful, the pool circulation wasn’t working, and dead insects were all over the pool. The toilets were filthy and things were broken. This is a place you’ll regret staying at.

Greek Pride really gets under your skin, whether you’re traveling alone, with a partner, or with family. It feels like more than a hotel. We can’t wait to come back!
