Possidi Holidays Resort & Suite Hotel

The rooms were sparkling clean, and the food was exceptional, fresh, varied, and the best I've had at this kind of hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, apart from the luggage attendant, who acted like he was being held there against his will. The beach was dirty. Nobody seemed to clean it, and we saw the same rubbish in the sand throughout our stay. The public beach was cleaner, probably because people don't eat there. The interiors and room furnishings are really dated. They might have been good 30 years ago, but haven't aged well.

The restaurant served a good dinner with plenty of choice, but breakfast was the same every day. There was a fish night once a week and a barbecue night on another day. The hotel is old and needs more upkeep. In the bathroom, the tub in the photos is rusty and has a small hole, so who knows where the water goes. At least the beach is nearby, though the one in front is rocky. Beach facilities require a 10 euro per person spend on food or drinks. Right beside the hotel there's a paid section with no rocks at all. There's no wristband or anything to show you're a hotel guest, so people from outside can just walk around. The restaurant doesn't check either, meaning anyone can come in, eat, and leave 😂

You just cross the road and you're at the water, it's right by the beach. My boyfriend and I had a balcony room with a great view. The rooms were clean and regularly tidied, the staff were kind and helpful, and the food was very good. A really nice place.

Amarda, who took our order, was very polite and incredibly helpful. The service was excellent, and we hope to see her again next year. We enjoyed the club sandwich and Caesar salad, both were very good. There wasn't any music, though, and the beach had a lot of rocks.
