Villa mylos kalavrita

We came as a family with our two kids, 8 and 18, and everyone found their own way to enjoy the place, whether playing, resting, spending time together, or just having some peace. The huge, well-kept garden felt completely safe for children, while the adults could relax undisturbed. Konstantinos and Thaleia welcomed us with such calm warmth that we felt at home. They were thoughtful throughout our stay. The cleanliness and service were excellent, and the Greek hospitality felt sincere rather than put on. The houses sit beautifully in the landscape, with natural stone, wrought iron, and simple design details that fit the surroundings. Inside, everything feels considered and respectful of both nature and guests. It’s a quiet hideaway where sunlight, forest scents, and the stillness outside make simplicity feel like a kind of luxury. There’s plenty to see a few kilometers away, including the Monastery of Agia Lavra, the Cave of the Lakes, and the waterfalls of Agios Taxiarchis in Ano Vlasia. At the house, breakfast basics, premium coffee, and local treats were included, offered generously rather than for show. Bring a book and a bottle of wine, then slow down and enjoy doing very little. Five stars don't really cover this beautiful, spotless property. It was far beyond what I expected, and the best place I've seen in Greece. Highly recommend it.

We’re already talking about coming back to Villa Mylos. The summer weather was cool and refreshing after the heat on the islands, and the location was beautiful. It was excellent value for money. The host greeted us warmly, left treats in the fridge, and was always there if we needed anything. The place felt like home, with spacious rooms and thoughtful extras such as fresh towels and sheets, cotton swabs, coffee capsules, and paper napkins. Villa Mylos in Kalavryta is gorgeous, almost like being in a movie. Everything was spotless and well cared for, the kitchen seemed brand new, and the garden made us want to spend hours outside.

The owners seem to have covered what a family might need, from kitchen utensils to board games for the children. The house was clean too. Highly recommend it.
