Aegean Melathron Thalasso Spa Hotel

The grounds are tidy and well cared for, and the landscaping gives the hotel a pleasant feel. The meals were good. Still, it surprised me that cold water with meals costs extra. With all the service and investment here, it seems like a cold water dispenser at mealtimes should be possible.

Mihail made our stay special. He was attentive, friendly, and clearly cared a lot about his work, always checking that we were looked after. His service went beyond what we expected. I hope he gets the recognition and promotion he deserves. We’re already looking forward to coming back next year and seeing him again. Thank you, Mihail, for taking such good care of us!

The view from our room was so picturesque, and we loved the seven pools, convenient parking, tasty cocktails, morning swims in the sea, and piano in the evening. The beach was outstanding too, although paying for sunbeds didn’t sit well with me. The food and the rest of the stay were extremely good. In September, we missed having more sports activities. It would be nice to have things like organized beach volleyball, Pilates, or dance lessons. Road markings would also help when driving out of the hotel toward Kalithea, so guests don’t have to keep breaking the rules. Even with those points, we had a great experience.

Such a peaceful, relaxing place, with manicured gardens and friendly staff. The rooms were very clean, and the bedding felt luxurious. We had great service and really enjoyed both the full breakfast and dinner. There was so much choice, including plenty for us as vegetarians. Well done, chef!
