The staff are really nice, and the rooms are modern. You’re right on the harbour, just a couple of steps from all the restaurants, so the location is about as good as it gets. That central spot can bring some noise, though. One night, music and sounds from a nearby bar kept me awake, oddly enough it was quieter the next night, a Friday. You can also hear other guests on their balconies. We did find some ants in the room.

The port location is excellent, and the service was great from beginning to end. Breakfast each morning was delicious, with a good range of choices. Our room was spacious and had a nice balcony. We got two single beds instead of one double, but it wasn’t a big deal. The air conditioning was okay. Good value for the price, and I’d recommend it.

We stayed in August 24’. The room was spotless, the harbour view incredible, and the shower was the best I’ve ever used. Breakfast was lovely, and check-in went perfectly. The woman at the desk couldn’t have been nicer. The hotel also arranged a taxi from the airport to start our holiday, which was great. Brilliant stay. I’d come back and definitely recommend it.

The breakfast was excellent, with fresh fruit, Greek yogurt, honeycomb and local specialties that changed from day to day. Most of the staff were kind and professional. The location is lovely, but at €200 a night the price and boutique label feel hard to justify without some key amenities. There’s no elevator, gym or spa. Parking is in a public lot about 500m away, with no guaranteed spaces. The rooms can be noisy through the thin windows, and the bright blue and white outdoor lights made it difficult to sleep. One receptionist handled our polite comments about the low-quality juice and instant coffee badly. She got defensive, refused us pool towels even though Booking.com lists them as included, and said “no one had ever complained before.” It felt dismissive and unhelpful, more like an excuse than a solution. Later we saw similar complaints in other Google reviews, so we weren’t the only ones. The towel police, apparently.

We had a great holiday and will definitely be back next year. The hotel sits right by the harbour, with wonderful views across the sea to Albania, and good-quality tavernas and a few bars are close by. Breakfast was really good, nicely presented by staff who were friendly and caring throughout. They’re a credit to the hotel. If you can get a Deluxe room, I recommend paying the extra.
