The landlady is super kind, and the rooms are spacious and well equipped. It’s pet friendly, with about a dozen cats living on the property. They’re all friendly and love to play, though keep that in mind if you have allergies. The beach is about 150 meters downhill, as much of Kallithea is up on a hill. The accommodation is close to the beach and just one street from the town’s hub.

Cat lovers will enjoy this place. The hosts are kind and polite, and each apartment has private parking. The apartments are clean and spacious, with a wonderful sea view. The whole building is covered in beautiful drawings. 🐈⬛

We really enjoyed our holiday at "The Phyllis Maisonettes" and I highly recommend staying here. Our two-floor apartment was bright, comfortable, and laid out very well. It was absolutely clean and had everything we needed. There’s private parking inside the property, and during the week they cleaned the apartment and changed the sheets and towels. Mrs Fotini welcomed us warmly. She stayed kind, smiling, and helpful throughout our visit. When we asked about daily cruises, she readily helped us, and she also shared some delicious sweets. The property is in the center of Kallinthea, facing the Aegean sea. We stayed for seven nights.

Mrs Papadopoulou was attentive to guests while remaining discreet, and was helpful whenever we needed advice about our stay. The apartment was cozy and very clean, with bright white linen. It’s not far from the beach, and there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets around. The property also has secure parking and tables on the grass.
