Sunway Hotel

I left after just one night because the stay was unacceptable. The room wasn't clean, conditions were terrible, and there was no hot water for the shower. Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, and the service overall was very poor. For such a high price, the quality fell far short of what I expected. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The quiet, easy-to-reach location and clean, comfortable, well-equipped rooms made for a great stay. The staff were warm and helpful, especially Sina. She was always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything. You can tell she really loves her work. Thanks to the whole team. I’ll definitely be back!

The hotel looks good, but it’s away from the beach. Some first-floor rooms have a horrible smell. I liked the sink in my room, but using it sprayed drops onto my clothes, which was awful.

Breakfast was phenomenal, our room was great, and parking is provided. The hotel is new and beautifully decorated, though very small. I still don't understand why anyone would install a transparent toilet door. The location is a bit far out. There was nobody at reception for a couple of days, which doesn't seem serious enough for the price they charge. On one day, the cleaners didn't come and we had no clean towels.
