The entertainment team put a lot of effort into offering different activities. Staff in general were super friendly and helpful. The pool was lovely and clean, with fun slides, and it's easy to head out and explore or just spend the day there. The room was simple but clean, with daily housekeeping, and the air conditioning worked great. WiFi was patchy, but okay in some spots. Food was standard buffet fare, with own-brand drinks and lots of ice cream. Pretty much what you'd expect from a 3-3.5 star all-inclusive.

Everyone here was kind and helpful, especially the lady at reception and the kitchen manager. My daughter summed up the place perfectly: "And that is what I call a holiday!" We really enjoyed our time here. It's a perfect spot for families.

Edit: Check-in was a nightmare, with hours of waiting as we were sent from one queue to the next. They know Sunday is their busiest day but did nothing to speed things up or open more counters. There was just one person, sometimes two, serving everyone. The customer service was scandalous.

The food wasn't the best, but the ice cream was pretty good. With all-inclusive you also get one free visit to a restaurant if you get tired of the buffet. The pools and slides are very good.

The food, sleeping arrangements, and drinks were all okay, and the kids had fun. Service was amazing, and the place is very child friendly.
