The pool was perfect for the kids, and the villa was spacious and fully equipped. The cleaning lady, Koula, deserves extra credit: she was incredibly kind, friendly, and personable throughout our stay. We did have some problems with ants, roaches, and quite a few spiders getting in through both the front and back doors. The owner responded quickly and arranged for someone to spray, which took care of it for the rest of our stay. Hot water was also limited for four people. We had to turn on the electric heater and wait about 20 minutes between showers for it to warm up again.

The location worked really well for trips to the beaches and Chania, and we could walk to lots of delicious Greek restaurants. Our host was fabulous. The house was huge and comfortable, the pool was amazing, and the views were incredible. We had an amazing time and I can't recommend this place enough.

We found the villa really easy to live in, with a thoughtful layout and a great location. The kitchen and the rest of the house had everything we needed. Highly recommend it!

The sea right in front wasn't the best, and we did find a few kitchen items missing, which was a bit annoying. Still, this was a great base for exploring the surrounding area. We spent five nights here as a family in house number 3, one of four, and loved having our own pool.

It’s a quiet, pet-friendly place with a full kitchen and dishwasher, and overall a very good property. It could be maintained better, though.
