We arrived after a great moped ride and, having missed the sign, spotted Anna-something and asked the bartender about checking in. A very nice woman took us upstairs and showed us the room. She even went out of her way to find extra blankets for my girlfriend. We only realized later that we’d booked a different apartment 50m across from this one. The people here were really nice, and I’d recommend them for their hospitality.

I had such a lovely short stay at Annoula Studios in Kos. Natacha and her son, Dimitris, made me feel relaxed and very welcome. Room7 was spacious and well equipped, and the balcony and air conditioning were a dream. The place is above Anna's restaurant, a few seconds from the beach and just minutes from all the lovely shops and restaurants. I’d happily book again and recommend it. Thank you for making me feel so welcome.

We’ve been back many times, and the service has been consistently great. Everyone is welcoming and friendly, the food is excellent and well priced, and there’s a big selection. They even give you a complimentary sweet or pudding. I couldn’t fault the experience. 5*.

Right by the sea, these are lovely studio apartments above an equally lovely restaurant and cafe. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the price is very good. You’re close to all the action, but it’s still quiet and secluded enough to have some privacy.

We’ve just finished a really lovely week here. Wake up, have a great breakfast at the restaurant right next door, then jump in the water. Everything was great: super clean, a sea view, and a fantastic position. Totally recommend!
