Mitsis Summer Palace

The hillside setting means this hotel may not work for guests with mobility difficulties, but it made for a beautiful stay for us. Our expectations were exceeded, and we enjoyed every minute. The staff were friendly and pleasant, and both the rooms and common areas were clean and attractive. Our renovated room was spacious, with a good-sized balcony and everything we needed. The mini fridge was replenished daily, and I especially liked having the shower room separate from the toilet. The main restaurant served some of the best meals and cuisine among Mitsis hotels. Mitsis Summer Palace felt more like a Mitsis Selection hotel to us. Thank you for a wonderful time.

A quiet time of year meant we never had to rush for a sunbed, and the friendly staff made everything easy. We came for some sunshine before winter and had a lovely, relaxing break. The hotel, rooms and restaurants were beautiful, clean and modern, and we enjoyed the tasty food. The lobby could be redesigned to fit the rest of the hotel and make it a cosier place to sit when evenings turn chilly. Even so, I'd recommend it to couples looking for a laid-back holiday around this time of year.

Federica from guest relations made our holiday feel magical, and Keti, our room cleaner, was amazing. Megi and Irene at reception were very helpful too. The service everywhere was first class, with staff working incredibly hard and treating us like royalty. We stayed in a modern, luxurious Superior Double Room with Sea View and Plunge Pool, definitely five-star, and the views of the sea were breathtaking. We loved the food at both the buffet and à la carte restaurants. A real highlight was the Greek evening with live music, Greek dancing and a Greek BBQ. The infinity pools by the sea, with waiter service, were world class. Thank you for a fabulous holiday.

The pools and beach were beautiful, and there were bars and places to eat around the resort. In the dining room, the food ranged from local to international. We spent a week here and loved the hillside setting, with the sea in view from most, if not all, of the rooms and venues. Our room was large, cosy and nicely decorated.
