Silver Beach Hotel Kos

The beach right outside is calm and pleasant, and the hotel brings drinks quickly and cheaply to your sunbed and umbrella. Staff were friendly, and there are plenty of good restaurants and bars nearby. We visited in August. The room was noisy and badly outdated, with a shabby bathroom. Breakfast was a disaster. We went only once during our few days there. The melon was good, but the rest seemed to be served over several days until it was gone. There were booking issues too: air conditioning cost extra despite hotels.com showing it as included, and checkout was at 11am even though our booking receipt said otherwise. I'd return to the area, but not this hotel.

Restaurants and bars are close by, and the hotel is right across from the beach. The people working there were really friendly and helpful. See you next time ❤️

The location is the only thing I'd recommend. This is an old hotel without a lift, and the room needs refurbishment. The bathroom is tiny. Reception is at another hotel across the road, where they tried to charge me for air conditioning even though it was included in my booking. I had to request a refund.

My first time in Kardamaina was made much nicer by how friendly and helpful everyone was at Silver Beach Hotel. I also really enjoyed the tasty breakfast, with lots of different choices. I had a wonderful stay and hope to come back to Silver Beach Hotel and enjoy their hospitality again.
