Fidakia is a picturesque village, and there’s a breathtaking viewpoint over Kremaston lake nearby. Ms. Georgia and Mr. Christos were excellent hosts in a charming guest house, with comfortable, spotless rooms. The guest house restaurant is in a separate building 50 meters away, and the food is top quality with generous portions. My only negative is that the bathroom was small. We’ll definitely come back.

You get warm rooms with windows looking out onto a lovely landscape, and the tavern has a balcony right in the middle of nature. Stone, wood, and other beautiful materials are used and put together in a way you might expect in much more expensive buildings. The guesthouse is spotlessly clean. Georgia and Christos are friendly, helpful hosts who make you feel like one of their own. It’s a wonderful place for a peaceful holiday in a traditional settlement, with spectacular views of Lake Kremasta, fir-covered scenery, and snow-capped peaks.
