Eugenia gave our group a warm welcome, showed us around, and shared recommendations. She stayed available throughout our stay to answer questions and suggest things to do at the villa and around Santorini. Dora looked after breakfast and cleaning. She arrived early to make generous, delicious breakfasts with meats, cheeses, fruit, sweet and savoury pastries, and morning drinks. I may be forgetting a few things. Afterward she spent hours cleaning, and the villa was always tidy. We were ten people for four days in July 2025, with plenty of space in five large beds. Nearly everyone had a private bathroom, though two couples shared one, and two smaller beds went unused. Every room has a door to the pool area. The pool space was so fun that sometimes we didn’t want to leave for our plans. There are comfortable beds and plenty of room to move chairs around. We often ended the night in the outdoor seating area, looking over at the people in the pool. The pool bar is a good size, and the pool itself is quite large, with two seating areas and sections that are half shallow and half deep enough for little dives. There’s also a big space for sports or yoga, an outdoor dining table, and a huge BBQ. It’s far enough from the city that the noise doesn’t bother you, but close enough to walk about 10-15 minutes to Karterados or 25-30 minutes to Fira. Best vacation stay of my life so far! 🤩

We stayed here for three nights during a three-week trip with four couples. The accommodations were beautiful, and the staff were great. Eugenie was a wonderful hostess, shared lots of recommendations, and even helped us when our car broke down. Highly recommend!

Eugenia was such a lovely, humble, and cooperative person, and we thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Cook Dora’s breakfast buffet was amazing. A wonderful place to stay.

This peaceful, beautiful property was a treat. We lounged by the pool, did yoga on the grass, and enjoyed the views. Aquaria Villa has spacious accommodations and lovely grounds, and I’d absolutely stay again. It’s a great choice for families or groups who want to be away from the crowds. Five couples stayed four nights, and Eugenia, the concierge, was fabulous at handling our requests and helping us have a great time. She arranged transport whenever we went out and helped with restaurant and beach club bookings, groceries, and more. Dora was just as wonderful, making incredible breakfast spreads each morning and cleaning the villa every day. The whole experience was top tier.

We had everything we needed at this beautiful villa, and the service from Eugenia and her team couldn’t have been kinder or better. The location is quiet but still close enough to local amenities. From the garden, we saw stunning sunrises and sunsets. Dora and her husband keep both the inside and outside of the villa in beautiful condition. Eugenia was kind and attentive whenever we needed something or had a question. We’d definitely stay again!
