It’s quiet here and I slept very well, even though the airport is close by. The apartments sit back from the road in a garden complex, and they’re spacious, modern and nicely furnished, with a private balcony and an excellent bathroom with a roomy modern shower. The hosts were friendly and helpful. They let me store my bike case safely while I travelled around Crete. A bakery across the road opens at 6 and sells coffee and treats; tavernas and mini-markets are also within walking distance, and the beach is just a few minutes away. It takes about 10 minutes to get to or from the airport. I’d happily come back.

I had a bad night’s sleep and was glad to leave. The noise came from young guests, rather than the regular planes or the road nearby. I also found bread crumbs on the kitchen table, and the shower head in the bathroom was faulty.

The owners were so friendly and gave us helpful ideas about places to visit, where to eat and how to spend our time on this lovely island. The studios were spacious and very clean, and everything seemed recently renovated. The beds and mattresses were perfect for resting. I’ll definitely visit again.

For an easy family holiday, we had everything we needed. The location was convenient, with easy access to the highway, free parking, a gorgeous beach, a supermarket and a good cafeteria just across the street. We had a great holiday with our baby, were warmly welcomed, and the room was cleaned very well every day. The two balconies, baby bed and freezer were great extras.

The woman who welcomed us was really kind and friendly 😊. The apartment was lovely and modern, and there’s a bakery just across the road with very good coffee.
