The staff were friendly and things were fine until I raised a problem. In the middle of the night we woke up to ants all over the bed, pillows, and walls, and couldn't sleep there afterward. I politely asked for a refund and said I wouldn't write a bad review about the ants, but they refused and accused me of blackmail. They even said they were filing a lawsuit to take me to Greek court. How does that make sense? A simple apology and fix would have done. Just terrible customer service. Do NOT stay here!

The host refused to refund the nights we'd already paid for when we considered leaving for somewhere else. When we complained about the problems, he was rude and unhelpful. The airport noise was so awful that relaxing by the pool for even a few minutes was impossible. And calling it a pool feels generous, it was more like a tiny water tank, nothing like the misleading pictures. Cleaning and amenities were poor too: we ran out of hot water, the towels were dirty, and the bathroom smelled bad from the plumbing. I don't recommend this place at all. Look for another option and enjoy exploring Mykonos, which is a great island.

My advice is to stay somewhere else and enjoy Mykonos, which was a great experience in itself. This place was one of the worst I've been to. Airport noise made it impossible to sleep, the pool was about the size of a bin and nothing like the pictures, and our room was filthy. The sheets weren't clean and the floor was sticky. When I tried to talk to the host, he was very rude and said I could go somewhere else if I wasn't happy. When I asked for a refund so I could do that, he refused.

The sheets had blood stains when we arrived and hadn't been changed. The beds were really uncomfortable, the pool was tiny, and the rooms weren't cleaned. Disgusting. This was the worst place I've ever stayed after traveling around the world. When I spoke to the co-host, Byllis, he didn't take responsibility. I would never rent this apartment if I were you.

Our travel company let us down, but the family went out of their way to make room for us. Their hospitality was incredible, and they were so friendly. There were also some really sweet animals wandering around the property. I'd 1000000% stay again, and probably will. Thanks to the family for everything. I'll ALWAYS recommend this place to anyone I know who's visiting.
