Avatel Eco Lodge

I spent five days here and had a great experience. The staff were attentive, helpful, and always ready to pitch in, which made a real difference. Thanks to Ksenia, Julia and Pepito :) The beach was beautiful, with clear, calm water, and I really enjoyed the tasty food and variety. I’d have liked to stay longer. I’d recommend the hotel if you’re after a relaxing break, good meals, and good service.

We stayed six nights with my wife. It’s very quiet at night, surrounded by forest, and mosquitoes do come with that setting, but autan takes care of it :) The hotel feels just like the official website photos. Our room had modern, new furniture. The double rooms are around 18 square meters, so if you want more space, a family room may suit you better. The privacy on the ground-floor room terraces could be improved. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, especially Ksenija and Julia. The hotel restaurant serves decent food at excellent prices, and the bar is good too. It’s PET FRIENDLY, which is wonderful! There’s a roughly 150-meter path to the beach. It can be a bit tough coming back up if you’re not very fit. The beach is small, natural, and beautiful, though it could look better and use a bar, since you have to walk back to the hotel for every drink. All in all, we had a great holiday in a beautiful place, and I’ll definitely stay here again.

The greenery and cicadas make the grounds feel peaceful, and the pool is lovely. Breakfast was a highlight, fresh, generous, and nicely served. The restaurant is quite decent too. The staff were wonderful, kind, smiling, and clearly focused on guests having a good stay. A few useful details: double rooms are on the small side at around 18 square meters, while family rooms are about 28, so consider one if you need more space. To get to the sea, you walk through a little forest. It’s a nice walk, but may be tiring for some. The beach is natural and untouched, and there’s no service there, so bring drinks or snacks. Mosquitoes are around in the lush setting, and a quick spray helps a lot. We really enjoyed this unique hotel among pine and olive trees. The staff made our stay comfortable and fun, and I’d definitely return.

The rooms were spotless, the staff welcoming and very polite, and the restaurant served great food at reasonable prices. We had a wonderful time. The peaceful surroundings and the story behind the place gave it a special atmosphere, and we made lovely memories here. We’d love to come back.
