Both Demaskis and the town have an authentic feel, and the property has a tidy garden, parking and rooms with everything you need. It’s in Kassiopi, about five minutes on foot from the center and the sea. What made our stay especially nice was the woman in charge. She was always kind, smiling and ready to help.

The rooms are roomy and have great air conditioning, and the location is quite good. Parking is convenient, though it could get crowded if larger cars are parked there. On the whole, it was excellent.

The apartments are small, but the facilities are first rate. Everything is well equipped, the bed was very comfortable, and it was excellent value for money.

I booked through Booking.com in June and paid in July. Then, just two weeks before I was due to leave, I got an email saying my reservation had been cancelled because of overbooking. I don’t understand how that could happen when I’d booked two months earlier, received confirmation and paid. I tried contacting the property too, but got no reply.

The rooms are clean and new, with everything needed, including a well-equipped kitchen. My balcony looked out over the garden. It’s a good choice if you want to enjoy Kassiopi, the marina and nearby beaches, while staying somewhere quiet.
