There were eight of us, and we absolutely loved our week here. The villa was spotless inside and out, and the gated private area had a perfect pool and pool tables, which were an added bonus. The kitchen and rooms were all clean, with everything we needed close by. Its central spot on the island's northeast coast made it easy to get to other areas by bus or car. We all loved it, thank you. I've uploaded a few pictures of nearby food and beaches.

This was our family's fourth stay, and we'll be back for number five. It feels like a home from home, and Andreas has made lots of improvements since taking over the villa. There's plenty of space inside and out. The pool has steps at one end so little ones can ease in, with loungers around it and a huge grassy garden for children to run around in. They also enjoyed the play frame. The village centre is just a five-minute walk away. Thank you, Andreas, for a wonderful holiday and your hospitality.

Andreas is a fantastic host, with a great team keeping the villa clean and tidy. The location is brilliant, just a two-minute walk from everything Kassiopi has to offer. The swimming pool is one of the best I've used in 20 years of travelling around Europe.

We had a great family holiday here. The villa was clean and well equipped, with a lovely pool and garden. It's on a quiet street, but all the amenities are close by.
