The pool and its seating area were lovely, and we spent time on the balconies enjoying the spectacular views. The villa sits above Kassiopi, so it was peaceful with a gentle breeze, but our children could still walk into town and back in the evenings. We stayed from 13-20th July 2024 and had a magical week. The place was gorgeous, beautifully decorated, and immaculate inside and out. The owners were so helpful and kind, and the cleaning staff who visited every other day were wonderful.

We had a great view from the villa, with Albania visible. Kassiop is 1 km away and has plenty of restaurants and shops. The villa itself is spacious and comfortable, with very good beds, and it was clean with everything we needed in the kitchen. The owner was very pleasant. He also has a restaurant in Porto Nuevo, where the food was good and the service pleasant.

The pool was just right, and the bbq area is the best we've had. From the villa there are spectacular views, and kassiopi is within walking distance. The owner and maid were really accommodating. The cleaner is cute and laughs at anything you say 😙. Just an amazing villa.

The downstairs unit had an unfortunate musty smell. Aside from that, it was a modern, clean villa with comfortable beds and plenty of room to live and gather.
