The villa and its location are great, but the owners handled things badly. When we politely raised a couple of issues, expired welcome products and a WC that could have been cleaned better, they could easily have been sorted out. Instead, the owner was rude and nearly "threatened" me over the phone. The behavior seemed to be about payment, even though we'd paid the full amount three days before our five-day stay ended. This wasn't Cretan hospitality.

The sea and mountain views are wonderful. The villa is luxurious, clean, and very well equipped, with a perfect pool and barbecue!
