Breakfast was generous, and they kept topping things up right through the end of service. Since we had an early departure on our last day, the staff even put together a lunch pack for us. They were kind throughout our nine-day stay, bringing fresh towels whenever we asked and cleaning the room daily. The room looked modern and lovely, and the rooftop pool and bar had a great view over Chersonissos and the sea. When it was quiet, we could hear mountain goats. The location worked perfectly for us because we loved the old town square, its restaurants, the Pub and the local people. Piskapiano and Koutoulafari were each an easy walk, about 30 minutes at most. The boulevard and sea took closer to 45 minutes, so we got a taxi back. We'd happily return.

Maria at reception is just wonderful, truly top tier. We got such a warm welcome, and the whole hotel feels gorgeous, with great facilities, a tasty breakfast and lovely housekeeping staff. I'd give it 10 stars if I could, and recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely place in Crete.

Everything was easy from check-in through checkout, and we felt welcome and looked after the whole time. The staff were friendly and attentive, and our room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. I had a wonderful stay at this four-star hotel.

The staff really made this stay for us. Everyone was helpful and so kind, and the service was excellent. Anastasia deserves a special thank you for being so lovely to us each evening and happily helping with whatever we asked. The hotel is also conveniently close to town, and our room was very clean. We stayed about a month ago and were pleasantly surprised. We'll definitely come back.

The pool on the top floor was nice, though on the small side. There was a good selection at both breakfast and dinner, and the friendly staff made us feel welcome. We had a nice stay.
