The owners were so kind and genuinely cared about making our stay easy. They helped us with directions, suggestions, and even getting our laundry cleaned. Hotel Doltso is right in the old town, close to the lakefront, historic churches, the famous Dragon Cave, and good restaurants. The owners also recommended the Byzantine Museum, which was the best museum we visited in Greece. We loved the homemade pies, fresh fruit, and especially the amazing walnuts from their own farm at breakfast. The service was warm every day. Our room was spotless, elegant, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged, with modern comforts. The hotel itself is charming, beautifully restored, and full of authentic character. We'd happily stay again and recommend Hotel Doltso to anyone visiting Kastoria. A real gem!

The hotel is just a short walk from the lake, and parking was easy. Our room was warm and comfortable, and the whole place has clearly been restored with care and taste. The staff were friendly and helpful, gave us great advice about town, and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was great too, with a buffet plus eggs and bacon cooked to order.

The room was on the small side, but comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was delicious, and the free bikes were a great extra that let us enjoy a ride around the little island. The owner was incredibly welcoming and always glad to help with anything we needed. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it!

The couple who run this place are its best feature, so polite and helpful that you feel like a personal guest in their home. It's a small, charming hotel in an old patrician house, with antique furniture in the rooms and split air-conditioning units. The lake is about a 200-meter walk away, and another 200 meters or so takes you to the town center, with several good taverns and restaurants. Breakfast was good, with mostly home-produced items. I recommend this place for its real Greek hospitality.
