Hotel Anastassiou

We’ve stayed here many times and will definitely come back. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean, well organized, and fairly priced. There’s a lovely front lawn patio for breakfast or relaxing in the evening, and the location is beautiful. Parking can be a bit hectic, but it wasn’t a problem. A solid choice for the price, with everything you need.

The rooms are very clean, and I recommend staying here. I’d also like to thank Mr. Dimitri, who was polite and respectful.

The staff were nice, but the breakfast was below average. There was no fruit, vegetables, or sliced cheese or meat, just bread, butter, and dull little packets of marmalade and honey. We paid 32 €, and breakfast cost an extra 5 €/person. Two days later, we stayed at “Boss 2 Hotel” in Eceabat (Turkey) for 25 €, with a generous, healthy breakfast including fruit, vegetables, olives, cheese, meat, bread, and more. The rooms here were a little worn, and the carpet didn't look good. The mosquito screen behind the window wouldn't lock when pulled down, so please fix it. I like sleeping with fresh air when it's not too hot, but only if mosquitoes can't get in. Also, the toilet cistern leaked day and night, leaving the floor wet all the time.

We had a wonderful time and felt right at home, thanks to the friendly, helpful staff. The lake view was lovely, the rooms were clean, and breakfast was quite good. A very nice, affordable hotel.
