Kostas and Christos were exceptionally kind and hospitable, and the staff were all very polite. We found the rooms clean and the hotel a good deal, right in the town center. This was our second stay at Hotel Orestion, and I'm already looking forward to coming back.

The location puts you close to everything, and the price was very decent. Even though we stayed just one night, the welcome felt warm and the staff were very accommodating. They helped us with our luggage outside and took care to explain everything. You could tell how clean the place was from the smell, including inside the room.

The piano lounge made the stay feel special, and breakfast was tasty and traditional. Our room was very clean, the facilities were great, and the central location was excellent. The staff were friendly and suggested several interesting places to see. We'll stay here again on our next visit.

The service was no help at all when I was a tourist facing an emergency. They said the place was fully booked and refused me at the front desk repeatedly, even though I needed Wi-Fi access. I had to walk away carrying my bag. Unfortunately, this is a very bad report for you.

The employees were diligent and caring with every customer, and they made me feel at home. It was a classic Greek welcome. The location was perfect for getting around the whole city, and they made every minute of my experience worthwhile.
