Manos was so welcoming and helpful, and his nearby restaurant recommendations were spot on. My beautiful room had everything I needed to make a simple meal or a cup of tea before heading out. The location is perfect, within easy walking distance of museums and shopping. Having laundry facilities on site was a great convenience and time-saver, and meant I could head to my next destination with clean clothes. Thank you, Lemon Garden!

Manos, the owner, was so kind, friendly, and helpful with recommendations. We loved the studio apartment, with its clean, well-designed space and beautiful shared garden. All five of us stayed comfortably in one apartment. The beds were comfy, and there was good hot water. It’s on a beautiful street, central to everything. Thanks, Manos, for a great stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Heraklion!

The host was really friendly and helped us sort out parking and a late check-in after our flight was delayed. The location is handy, and the rooms and courtyard have a lovely look. The kitchen also has plenty of dishes and a burner, which was useful. Our first-floor studio felt damp, even with the windows open after showers, and the shower drained poorly. Wi-Fi was very slow, under 10 download and 5 upload, and we were surprised by an extra fee at check-in. For the price it was alright, though it felt more like somewhere to sleep than a place to unwind.

The courtyard was full of greenery, with lemon and banana trees and all kinds of succulents, and our room was so comfortable and had every convenience. Monis was incredible, always making sure we had what we needed and that everything was right. The Lemon Garden felt like a home away from home. It was my favorite of all the places we stayed in Greece, and if I get back there, I'd make a point of staying here again. Thank you for everything 💙

Manos was a huge help throughout our stay. He made us feel safe in an unfamiliar place as two young women, took care of our luggage, and cleaned the rooms when the cleaner had a family accident and we arrived early. He also gave us a map and pointed us toward restaurants and attractions around town. The studio apartment was spacious and clean, with an upstairs double bed and a separate bathroom. It had an oven, freezer, TV with Netflix already signed in, and even a diffuser for curly hair. The price was far lower than other places we found. My only complaints were that the TV was mounted a bit high and there wasn't enough outdoor lighting to sit in the beautiful garden at night. Finding this place was a lifesaver for us.
