The cleaning lady was lovely and suggested a place to eat that we really liked. The hotel is in a convenient spot near restaurants, mini markets and the trail to the monasteries. Our room was nice and clean, with amazing views, and the whole place smelled really nice. The bed felt a little small for two adults, at least for our liking.

The staff were so welcoming. We'd booked the wrong dates, but they still let us stay without extra fees. Our quadruple room was good and the balcony view was great. The Meteor monasteries are less than a 5 minute drive away.

It was hard to relax with the noise and poor maintenance. The room wasn't clean, the staff weren't helpful, and the stay didn't match either the photos or the price. Very disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend it.

It's quiet here, and fine if you only need a place to sleep for a few nights. The heater, bed and cleaning service were all okay, but the WiFi was poor.

I wish I'd read the other reviews before booking a room here. This was a big mistake and caused so much stress. In all my 20 years of travel, I've never had hospitality this bad, and the employees treated me badly, from the cleaners to the receptionist. They seemed to decide parking charges based on someone's passport and how they felt. Sometimes they'd give parking for free, while someone else could be asked to pay even if it was included in the reservation.
