Stavros made the whole stay feel personal. He greeted us with a big smile, shared great tips on local tavernas and hidden beaches, helped with questions about renting a car and finding a hiking trail, and even surprised us one evening with homemade loukoumades. We felt more like we were staying with a friend than with a host. His warmth and care made our trip especially memorable. The outdoor terrace was a highlight, with lovely views over the sea and village while having morning coffee. Inside, the rooms were spacious, airy, immaculate, and thoughtfully decorated with traditional Greek touches. Everything we needed was there. The property sits in the heart of historic Kastro, where whitewashed walls, a stone-paved courtyard, and Aegean Sea views create a serene setting. It blends Cycladic charm with modern comforts beautifully. Sifnos Kastro is a gem for a romantic getaway, a peaceful retreat, or an authentic taste of island life. I’m already looking forward to visiting again. Five stars all the way!

The mattress was quite uncomfortable, and it would have been better to have clean bowls and glasses each day. We had to wash them in the bathroom sink. The location was great, the decor was nice, and the host was friendly.

Sifnos is a wonderful island, though prices for everything are much higher than on the other Cycladic islands. The picture is from another part of the island. We had three fine days in these apartments, which had everything we needed, in a nice spot in Kastro.

Kastro village is incredibly charming, and Athina is a real find. Tina and Rita were so welcoming and helpful throughout our lovely five-night stay in a gorgeous duplex room, with a veranda looking down to the ocean. I’ll definitely stay here when I’m back in Sifnos.
