The room was on the small side, and both the Wi-Fi and water pressure could be better, but I still highly recommend staying here. We had a gorgeous sea view and were right on the beach. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the owner was very kind. I also appreciated the cleaning every other day and the late check-out.
The location is hard to beat, right beside the beach, with the lovely Hakuna Matata bar downstairs. Nights were quiet, which made it easy to relax. You can make breakfast or coffee on the balcony, or head down for Spiros and his wonderful Hakuna coffee and breakfast menu. Roxanne, Melina, and the Golden Dolphin team are so friendly. We're going back, which says a lot for us, especially at this price. The rooms may not suit anyone looking for high-end luxury, but they're clean, comfortable, well located, and good value. We stayed in the updated top-floor rooms. They're compact but perfectly adequate, with pleasant views from both the front and back, and chairs on both balconies for watching sunrise or sunset. The air conditioning worked, the shower was fine, and the beds were firm but comfortable. There was also a nice cold fridge, a basic kettle, and some plates. Check in at the Golden Dolphin office as you start down from the car park, it's easy.
Just got back from 10 days here. The apartments are right by the sea, and the location is fabulous. All the staff were great, and the little bar and restaurant attached was very good too. The staff there were kind, and the food was good. We'll definitely return.
A really relaxing place, with friendly staff and comfortable apartments just a couple of steps from the sea. ❤️
